I am originally a trained chef of twenty years but have always dabbled with candle making. The creative side of cookery has helped me explore interesting techniques and ideas to break barriers in the candle world. I draw my inspiration from nature and I am captivated by its organic textures and unpredictable patterns. The best part of making my candles is using different pouring techniques and playing with temperatures, colours and fragrances. There is always an element of surprise as I pull each candle from its mould. I love that no two of my candles will ever be the same and I will never be short of candle ideas.
